If they don't work for your workflow, weren't what you expected, or just aren't clicking, please reach out to let me know what's not working. Refunds and exchanges are both possible.

- •Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- •If you're having technical issues, I'll try to help fix them first, but if you'd rather just get a refund, that's fine too.
- •I'm happy to do product swaps if a different pack would suit you better. (Coming soon)
- •Once refunded, your license for the brushes is void.
- •This guarantee is for genuine cases and obvious misuse isn't covered.
- •Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
