1. Overview

Welcome to RuahStash. By purchasing or using my digital products, including Procreate brushes, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & License

When you purchase a brush pack from RuahStash, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the brushes in your creative work, whether commercial or personal. You may use them in unlimited projects.

You may:

Use the brushes in artwork you create for clients or yourself
Use them in commercial projects, prints, merchandise, and publications
Install them on multiple devices you personally own

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or share the brush files themselves
Include the brushes in products sold as design assets or resources
Claim the brushes as your own creation

3. Purchases & Refunds

Checkout payments are processed through Fourthwall, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions on this site. Your card or bank statement may show FOURTHWALL as the charge descriptor.

Refund requests follow the RuahStash satisfaction policy, and approved refunds are processed through Fourthwall's payment rails. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled under Fourthwall's and your card issuer's applicable rules.

4. Your Privacy

I collect only what is necessary to complete your purchase and deliver your products:

Email address, to send download links and purchase receipts
Payment information, processed by Fourthwall and its payment partners

I do not sell your information. I do not spam you. I may send occasional updates about new products if you have opted in.

5. Cookies & Analytics

I use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how my site is used. No invasive tracking, no ad networks.

6. Intellectual Property

All brush designs, artwork, and content on this site are owned by RuahStash.

7. Limitation of Liability

My brushes are provided “as is.” I do my best to ensure quality and compatibility, but I can't guarantee they'll work perfectly in every software environment. My liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of my products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
