1. Overview

These terms apply when you buy or use RuahStash digital products, including Procreate brushes. By purchasing or using them, you agree to these terms. Section 4 also applies to anyone who visits this site.

2. Products & License

When you purchase a brush pack from RuahStash, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the brushes in your creative work, whether commercial or personal. You may use them in unlimited projects.

You may:

• Use the brushes in artwork you create for clients or yourself
• Use them in commercial projects, prints, merchandise, and publications
• Install them on multiple devices you personally own

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the brush files, or modified or repackaged versions of them
• Include the brushes in products sold as design assets or resources
• Claim the brushes as your own creation
• Use the brush files to train or fine-tune machine-learning or generative AI models

The license ends if you breach these terms.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Checkout payments are processed through Fourthwall, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions on this site. Your card or bank statement may show FOURTHWALL as the charge descriptor.

Refund requests follow the RuahStash satisfaction guarantee, and approved refunds are processed through Fourthwall's payment rails. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled under Fourthwall's and your card issuer's applicable rules.

4. Your Privacy

For your order, RuahStash collects only what is needed to complete your purchase and deliver your products:

• Email address, to send download links and purchase receipts
• Payment information, processed by Fourthwall and its payment partners

We do not sell your email address or order details, and we email you about new products only if you opted in.

Like most sites, we use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand how it is used, and to measure how our ads perform on social platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

To ask what we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to leave our email list, write to ruah@ruahstash.com from the address you used to buy.

5. Intellectual Property

The brush designs, and the text, images, videos, and other content published on this site, are owned by RuahStash or its licensors. Art you make with the brushes is yours, subject to Section 2. RuahStash is independent of, and not endorsed by, Procreate or its maker.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, RuahStash provides its brushes “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We work to ensure quality and compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that they will work in every software environment.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the day you buy governs your license. Changes to Section 4 apply from the Last updated date at the top of this page.
