RuahStash - Brushes for Procreate
A RuahStash purchase may appear as FOURTHWALL on your card statement. This is normal when checkout is handled by Fourthwall.
Fourthwall handles checkout and payment processing for creator storefronts, and acts as Merchant of Record for these transactions. The statement descriptor may show FOURTHWALL instead of a store name.
Payment disputes and chargebacks follow Fourthwall and card-network rules. Refunds approved under RuahStash policy are processed through Fourthwall.
If you want the policy details, you can review Fourthwall's Terms and Privacy Policy.
If you need more help, please feel free to email ruah@ruahstash.com with the charge date, exact amount, and statement text (for example, FOURTHWALL). You can get a quick confirmation.
